Miyakojima Sunset SUP Tour

• Can I join if I can’t swim?

  Yes. Non-swimmers are welcome to join.
  You will wear a life jacket, and the guide will stay nearby to support you throughout the tour.
  Please let our staff know if you have any concerns.

• What age can children join from?

  Children can join from age 0.
  Babysitting services are also available, so families with small children can enjoy their time in Miyakojima with peace of mind.

• Is transportation available?

  Yes. Round-trip transportation is available.
  Depending on booking availability, we may ask you to meet us directly at the tour location.

• Are there restrooms and changing rooms at the location?

  Most beaches in Miyakojima do not have restrooms or changing rooms. Please arrive wearing your swimsuit under your clothes and use the restroom before coming to the meeting point.

• Are showers available?

  A simple shower is available for rinsing off sand and seawater.

• Can the tour be canceled due to rain?

  Tours generally operate in rainy weather.
  The tour will only be canceled if the instructor determines that conditions are unsafe. No cancellation fee will be charged in that case.

• Are there any additional fees?

  Transportation fees may apply in some areas.
  Drone photo and video shooting is available as an optional service for ¥5,000, including tax.
  All other equipment and services are included in the tour price.

• Can I cancel my booking?

  Cancellations made by the day before the tour are free of charge. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the tour price.
