• Can beginners join?

  Yes, beginners are absolutely welcome! Before the tour, our staff will carefully explain how to use the equipment and go over safety tips. We'll also stay close by to support you throughout the tour. Whether it's your first time snorkeling or SUP, or if you're not a confident swimmer, please feel free to join us!

• Are there any additional fees?

  Generally, there are no additional fees. Equipment rental, insurance, photo data, fresh water rinse, and consumption tax are all included in the tour price. However, additional charges may apply for transportation to certain areas, drone photography, and wetsuit rental.

• Do tours run on rainy days?

  We basically operate in rainy weather. Tours will only be cancelled if our instructor determines conditions are dangerous. In that case, no cancellation fee will be charged.

• Is there a cancellation fee?

  Cancellations made by the day before are free of charge. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• Are there restrooms and changing rooms on site?

  Most beaches in Miyakojima do not have restrooms or changing rooms. Please use the restroom before heading to the beach. If you are joining a marine tour, please come to the beach already wearing your swimwear.

• Can I use the babysitting service only?

  Yes, babysitting-only bookings are available. Please feel free to contact us via our official LINE account.

• Can I make a same-day reservation?

  Yes, same-day reservations are possible if there is availability. Since we need to check availability on the day, please contact us by phone to inquire.
